Capricorn (I Achieve)
In some ways Capricorn is probably the most incongruent sign of the zodiac; ambitious and socially aware, yet inspired by acts of kindness and a strong sense of social justice with a natural tendency to laugh at their own antics. This sign is ruled by the planet Saturn, instilling discipline, limitations and contraction that commonly occur in the third dimensional world. The symbol for Capricorn is the mystic Sea Goat; sporting the front end of a mountain goat, capable of climbing steep slopes and rising to new heights, despite being saddled with a fish tail on the hind end.
Of all the signs, Capricorn’s have a tendency to torture themselves and their loved ones with an obsessive need to perform under pressure, ultimately sabotaging success. Those who lean towards the goat energy will trudge uphill, relying only on practical means to fulfill their goals. On the other side of the mountain, others let their tail “wag the dog” (or fish in this case) allowing erratic emotions to propel themselves uphill, causing an emotional avalanche and a treacherous slide down the slope of success.
The number one challenge for this aspect is to curb work-aholic tendencies in pursuit of material possessions and social standing. Some people are so “over the edge” they “keep their nose to the grindstone,” to impress the “Joneses,” sacrificing health and relationships along the way; on the flip side, others who are weak to being responsible refuse to take credit for choices they have made, blaming anyone, in particular their parents and their upbringing when they slip up in precarious situations whilst climbing the mountain of success.
Many people have had negative experiences with responsibility and shy away from it; however, when viewed from a new perspective, response-ability is just that, your ability to respond to challenges that empower your best outcome.
People who are influenced by this sign have a tendency to attract physical weaknesses involving digestion, bones, knees and the sacrum. We will strengthen these body parts to purposeful communication with each other, the CNS and the mind.
We will also clear hidden weaknesses arising from stored memories and fears caused by negative experiences happening between December 22 and January 19, including ending the year and beginning a new one, accidents, illnesses, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, the beginning of winter and the rituals of winter solstice,
On this call we will set an intention to acknowledge that we are all steering our reality twenty four hours a day, seven days a week to accept response-ability and hold ourselves accountable for our choices, allowing others the opportunity to do the same.
