1. Already healed, already done. I use that on myself if something feels sore, I start going already healed, already done. Then you’re already addressing the fact that you already got what you wanted.

 

2. There was a gentleman by the name of Clemens Kuby who survived a 50 foot fall in the early eighties. He was walking again in a year and he had come up with a little song and the song is:

Émile Coué was a French psychologist and and pharmacist who did psychotherapy, but what he did was in order to help people get better, he would have them expressing themselves everyday in every way. I’m getting better and better everyday in every way better. And that’s our purpose in life, is to experience it and be the best version we can be.

Call to Dance

 

I called my new program Call to Dance . I hang out with the Loose Hip Sisters belly dancers that work on your shimmy and dance.

People get upset if they are just taking one step forward, one step forward, one step forward, and then they’ve got to take a step back or something in life makes them go back.

Walking one step forward after another is marching! Life is a dance and so you’re going to go backwards and forwards and sideways and you know, and yeah, it’s going to have different rhythms and that’s what we call dancing…
